Data transformation

wehoop CSV is normalized into our schema. Schedule final flags trailed boxes by -84 games, so completed boxes reconcile status. Source standings covered 300 games and conflicted with the standard-season box set, so records are recomputed from 217 standard-season finals; 1 non-standings final is excluded.

Connecting schedule, standings and boxes

The 333-game schedule joins to team hubs through game and team IDs. The 218 completed boxes use those same keys for team and player lines. Standings records count one winner and one loser from each of the 217 completed games that affects the table, allowing schedule state, team records and detailed boxes to be checked together on every refresh.

Standings calculation

Each standard-season final adds one win to the winner and one loss to the loser while accumulating points for and against. Overall order sorts by record ratio, point differential and wins. Conference order filters that same list into East and West, and games behind compares each record with its conference leader. This consistent display order does not replace a separate league tiebreak ruling.

Time and live state

Every start time is stored as one UTC instant and displayed in both Korea time and the home venue's zone. LIVE appears only for an in-game scoreboard state, and a final state is reconciled against the detailed box. The display has two clocks, but the game ID and status remain one record.

Analysis publication gate

A frozen analysis requires source provenance, a minimum sample, lineup and injury checks inside 24 hours, calibration, and at least two distinct explainable reasons. The current published count is 0; only records that pass the full gate appear on both the analysis surface and review ledger.

Review

Only analyses frozen before tip-off are reviewed against the completed box on the next refresh. The published wording and evidence stay fixed after the result, preserving a like-for-like comparison between the original reasoning and the final record.

Scope and limits

Schedule records describe game identity, time and state; boxes describe completed team and player lines; rosters describe affiliation and status in the snapshot. Points, rebounds, assists and turnovers are observed outcomes, not causal proof that one player condition or tactic produced the result. Standings are accumulated standard-season finals rather than a standalone claim about the next game. Each source asset keeps an update time and hash so a displayed number can be traced back to its build input.
